In 2024, RuneForge_AI was born — a small page dedicated to blending AI artistry, dark fantasy aesthetics, and anime-inspired design. What began as late-night creations of ethereal characters and gothic worlds quickly gathered a loyal following of people who shared a love for the mysterious, emotional, and unreal.
From that energy, RuneForgeLabs was forged.

Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: All items are made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Each piece is crafted just for you — no mass production here.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours after purchase. After that, production starts and we can’t modify it anymore.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes — we deliver worldwide. Shipping times vary:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: up to 20 business days
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Q: My package is delayed or lost — what now?
A: If your order hasn’t arrived after 25 days or is marked as lost/damaged, contact us at info@runeforgelabs.nl and we’ll help you sort it out.

Q: How should I wash my RuneForgeLabs apparel?
A:
- Wash inside out, cold (max 30°C)
- Do not bleach or dry clean
- Air dry or tumble dry low
Q: Are your items unisex?
A: Yes — most of our clothing is unisex unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and local European payment options like iDEAL and Bancontact.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because our products are made on demand, we only accept returns for defective or incorrect items. If something’s wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@runeforgelabs.nl with photos and your order number.
